Questions we get often.
- What can the gift card be used for?
- The gift card can be used as full or partial payment on all our guided hunting trips — driven hunts, stalking and high-seat hunts in Poland, Morocco, Turkey, Sweden and our other destinations.
- How long is the gift card valid?
- The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in line with Norwegian consumer law. The amount may be used across one or more bookings until the balance is depleted.
- How do I pay?
- Once the order is received, Venator Tours sends an invoice by email via Fiken. The gift card is issued and sent as soon as payment is registered.
- How is the gift card delivered?
- You choose between email (PDF) or a printed gift card sent by post. Both options include a personal greeting if you add one to the order.
- Can the recipient exchange the gift card for cash?
- No — gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, but can be used as payment on any hunting trip Venator Tours offers.
