Yes. Hunters travelling from the United States, Canada and most European countries can import hunting rifles temporarily with the correct import permit and airline paperwork. We guide you through the application, the European Firearms Pass where relevant, and the customs procedure at arrival. If you prefer to travel light, we arrange a high-quality loaner rifle with time on the range before the hunt.

The classic red deer season runs from late summer into winter, with the rut in September and October offering the most dramatic experience — roaring stags in misty forest at first light. Driven hunts for wild boar and fallow deer are strongest from October through January. We build the calendar around the experience you want, not the other way around.

Most international guests travel for five to eight days: two travel days, three to five hunting days and one or two days for food, culture, fishing or family activities. Shorter and longer programmes are equally possible — a two-week multi-country European hunting itinerary is something we build regularly.

Absolutely, and many of our guests travel this way. While you are in the field, we arrange spa days, guided nature walks, food and wine experiences, city excursions, boat trips and child-friendly activities. Everyone meets again for dinner at the lodge.

We coordinate field preparation, a trusted taxidermist and the veterinary and customs documentation required for export to the United States, Canada and the EU. You receive tracking information and a named contact who follows the shipment until it reaches your door.

For prime rut dates and the most exclusive estates, nine to twelve months ahead is sensible. We can occasionally place a small group at shorter notice through our estate network, so it is always worth asking.

Munkedal Mansion is our exclusive high-fenced red deer hunt in western Sweden. The enclosure covers 125 hectares of steep, broken ground and holds an estimated 150–200 red deer. Hunts are arranged for three to six hunters, with four being ideal, and include accommodation and full board at the manor.

The 125-hectare enclosure is steep and broken in places, but hunters normally stand while guides move quietly through the terrain. Shot animals are recovered by ATV. Tell us about any mobility requirements when you enquire so we can assess the arrangements with you.

Yes. In Poland we run three-day driven hunts where wild boar, red deer, fallow deer, roe deer and predators are all on the licence, in groups of 23 hunters plus our own guide — usually more than 100 animals over three days, with a record of 209 in 2024. In Morocco we offer a week after Barbary boar with shotgun and slugs, combined with sightseeing, in groups of maximum 11 hunters plus our guide; firearms are issued on arrival so you travel as an ordinary tourist.
